This Prenuptial Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of ____________, 20__, by and between ___________________ (hereinafter "Party One") and ___________________ (hereinafter "Party Two"), with both parties collectively referred to as "the Parties" and individually as "a Party".
WHEREAS, the Parties are planning to marry under the laws of the State of Louisiana; and

2. Separate PropertyThe Parties agree that the property listed in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, as well as any property acquired by a Party through inheritance, gift, or personal effort after marriage, shall remain the separate property of that Party.
3. Marital PropertyAny property acquired by the Parties during the marriage through joint efforts shall be considered marital property and subject to division as agreed by the Parties or by the court, in the event of separation or divorce.
4. Spousal SupportEach Party's rights to seek spousal support from the other in the event of separation or divorce are hereby waived, except as otherwise agreed in writing after the execution of this Agreement or as required by law.
5. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
6. AmendmentThis Agreement may only be amended or revoked by a written document signed by both Parties.
